คำอธิบายรายวิชา: หลักการ และแนวทางในการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง โดยเน้นกรณีในประเทศไทยและประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและอนุสัญญาระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเล นโยบายและแนวคิดของประชาคมโลกเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเล มาตรการการจัดการและเครื่องมือต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง การกำหนดพื้นที่จัดการพิเศษในทะเล และมาตรการทางเศรษฐศาสตร์และสังคม

คำอธิบายรายวิชา: ความสำคัญของสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรทางทะเล สิ่งแวดล้อมชายฝั่งและสภาพการใช้ทรัพยากรในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งรวมถึง ภัยธรรมชาติทางทะเล คุณภาพน้ำ การรักษาระบบนิเวศ และการจัดการ การพัฒนาชายฝั่ง ปัจจัยหรือเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อกำเนิดมลภาวะ ผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และทรัพยากรทางทะเล เครื่องมือ หลักการ และมาตรการต่างๆที่นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการสงวนรักษาทรัพยากรทางทะเล
