คำอธิบายรายวิชา: หลักการพื้นฐานของรีโมทเซนซิง ฟิสิกส์ของคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า ลักษณะทางสเปคตรัมของสิ่งต่างๆ ในสิ่งแวดล้อม ฟิสิกส์ของ เครื่องมือสำารวจ กลศาสตร์ของยานสำารวจ เทคนิครีโมทเซนซิงในช่วงคลื่น แสง ลักษณะของข้อมูลดาวเทียมชนิดต่างๆ การปรับแต่ง การวิเคราะห์ และการตรวจสอบ ความถูกต้องของข้อมูลรีโมทเซนซิง การประยุกต์ใช้รีโมทเซนซิงในการศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อม  

Description: Concept of remote sensing; physics of wave; physics of observing devices; remote sensing in visible, infrared, and microwave regions; spectral characteristics of environmental objects; spatial and temporal characteristics of environmental phenomena; mechanics of aircraft and spacecraft; satellites and their data; processing and analysing remotely sensed data; ground truthing; remote sensing and GIS; designing of environmental studies based on remote sensing techniques.

คำอธิบายรายวิชา: รูปแบบและทฤษฎีการวางแผนและการจัดการพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเล โดยเน้นการประสมประสานวิชาการด้านต่างๆอย่างมีระบบ ผลกระทบจากสภาวะการใช้ที่ดินบนฝั่งที่มีต่อชายฝั่งและทะเล ผลกระทบจากสภาวะการใช้ทรัพยากรในทะเลที่มีต่อชายฝั่งและสิ่ง แวดล้อม การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการวางแผนและการจัดการเขตชายฝั่งทะเลในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ การกำาหนดขั้นตอนของการ วางแผนและการจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีระบบ 

Description: Patterns and theories on coastal planning and management based on multidisciplinary approaches; impacts of land use on the coastline and the sea: impacts of the utilization of resources in the sea on the coastline and environment; analyses of problems arisen on the coastal planning and management in Thailand and abroad: criteria and processes in successful planning and management scheme based on the effective involvement of all stakeholders.
