คำอธิบายรายวิชา: หลักการ และแนวทางในการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง โดยเน้นกรณีในประเทศไทยและประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและอนุสัญญาระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเล นโยบายและแนวคิดของประชาคมโลกเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเล มาตรการการจัดการและเครื่องมือต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง การกำหนดพื้นที่จัดการพิเศษในทะเล และมาตรการทางเศรษฐศาสตร์และสังคม
Description: Principles and guidelines in managing coastal and marine resources, with Thailand and ASEAN emphasis; general knowledge regarding international laws and treaties of the marine environment; international policies and concepts related to marine resource management; management measures and related tools; special area planning and economic and social measures.
